So if you have not heard yet, Magnum Research is no longer the importer of the Jericho (Baby Eagle) pistol. It is now charles daly.

They seem to be much more committed to this pistol. They will be releasing a full size 45 later this year. The new Jericho pistols have already arrived and are selling here in the U.S.

Hopefully we'll also see some more SP-21s and polymer Jerichos. IWI has some really awesome looking Jerichos that we don't have here yet.

Here is the link to the Charles Daly Jericho Forum: http://www.charlesdalyforum.com/forumdisplay.php?f=38

I for one will be purchasing a full size Jericho 45, and hopefully a SP-21 45.

im IN LOVE!!!!! that picture of the chrome one on the other thread looks behemoth! that baby looks more menacing then the daddy!!! Do you guys know if it will still carry the polygonal rifling? my baby has it but ive heard they stopped that for a while. Ive also heard poly rifling is more accurate.

IMI stopped the polygonal rifling for about a year a long time ago (2001?).
People bitched so much IMI realized not having it hurt sales, so it came back for good.

Polygonal rifling is great. Especially if you can procure a new barrel with land and groove rifling because then, you use the standard barrel and swap it for the polygonal one that matches the gun when the authorities come.

No frame safety, no interest here.

Heresy!
Some people actually put 3-position safeties on Remington rifles...!
The hell, you say!

One of the reasons I like the Baby Eagle is that it has a slide-mounted safety, as does my favored handgun - Beretta.
It works for ME.
It's not for everyone, but that's what makes the gun world go round.
