No, they are nothing alike. The CT only has a threaded barrel and o-ring. That's it. No match adjustable sights, no match trigger. Just the threaded barrel. While the barrel will have an o-ring, anyone who has shot both types will tell you the o-ring is more marketing than anything else and has no affect on accuracy that can be measured when shot from human hands. Maybe out of a machine rest and even then, it is only a maybe.
