 P22 Repair

I've got a P22 I bought new in November of 2008. Recently at the range, something happened to it.

Basically, when you squeeze the trigger, the hammer does not fall and is limp. It does not happen only when you squeeze the trigger. The hammer is basically always limp.

What's the warranty situation here? Who should I contact to get the repairs?

I had that same problem with mine. I sent it back to Walther & they fixed it for free :]

My P22 had this failure today.
Does anyone know how they
repair this failure?

I called Walther/S&W USA, and the
CS rep was cool when I asked him
for 2 of the hammer springs. USPS
delivered them a just a few days...
