Taurus PT111 Detail strip?
Hello,
I'm trying to help a friend clean a pistol and it has about 1000 rounds through it. The slide needs to be detail stripped and cleaned, can't find any good tutorials online.
I can tell what needs to be done, there is a pin that runs vertical near the extractor, just not sure if there is a step prior to smacking that pin out.
Any help would be appreciated!

Just field strip it, toss all the pieces into a can of oleum, let sit overnight, swish it around a few times and use a soft toothbrush where you can reach, dry it, oil it and put it together. You will curse the day you tore it down into all it's respective bits.
