THE Judge.. Raging bull series

anyone have one?? likes?? dislikes?? looking at this or the S & W Governor.. Or other judge?? just looking for it to goof around and have fun with.. like the idea of shooting the 454.

Have you ever shot a 454? They are very heavy. I had a Ruger Super Redhawk in .454 but traded it for a .44 mag because .454 was too much for me. I shot at a hog from a window of a blind and hit the barrel on the top of the ledge due to recoil. Granted I had only shot it about 5 times before this shot on the hog, which was a total miss.

I have "The Raging Judge Magnum" with the 6" barrel and love it. Weighing a little more than 5lbs loaded, recoil and sound level really isn't all that bad. I had the 3" barrel version to begin with and the recoil was nasty as was the sound level. It's hard to believe what a difference 3" of barrel makes.
If you get one I def recommend the 6" version You will be more satisfied with it eventhough it's close to the size of Hellboy's gun.
They actually are about the same length!
