PT111 Replacement parts
Any of you guys know of a decent site to buy decent replacement parts? I dont want to send it out to be fixed i dont trust taurus with anything not based on the horror stories i heard.
What's wrong with ordering parts directly?
I needed a frame pin and a retaining pin,for my PT-111, a few years ago.
I figured it would be cheaper to order them from Taurus, then to pay shipping for the pistol.

Actually I have heard some very good things about Taurus factory service for the last 6-8 months. A guy on the Taurus forum posted that he had is pistol back from Taurus in less then 72 hrs.(and the repair was completed too).
I can say that personally that when I sent in a PT145 mag for replacement that I had a new one in my mailbox in 4 days. It seems that Taurus has gotten the message as of late about the terrible customers service and what it had cost them in lost sales and PR.
