I hate carrying shit in my pockets and recently purchased this. I know it's a man bag but I think its a pretty cool man bag. Has anyone tried these out?

Aside from there being a ton of problems with carrying off person, that bag is a giant "tell".

Take a look at Timbuk2. Or if price is a problem, any laptop bag. And strongly reconsider carrying the gun off-person. It's dangerous to yourself and others.

IMO you might as well wear a big sign that says "THIS BAG HAS A GUN IN IT".

YMMV, but no thanks.

Off-body carry may have some use.. I looked at Hazard4 Tonto as well as the bags from TheWilderness dot com.

I think that's the bag I call my "purse." (or at least my wife and kids do)

I don't walk around with it for various reasons, most of which is it screams GUN! However, if I were hiking somewhere, I wouldn't hesitate to carry it as it was designed. As for holding up, it has been carried to and from my car most days and it isn't showing any obvious wear or weak spots. When I purchased it I did not know it was UTG. I probably wouldn't have if I had known, but i really don't have any complaints about it.

ETA: That's a really old pic. There's more crap on the outside including a Nalgene 32 oz bottle nestled in a GSI SS camp cup and other stuffs....

Walk through north Birmingham with that bag and you'll lose it within 30 minutes. Them boys would know you've got a pistola in that there bag.

So I guess keeping said weapon on your person and tagging the boy in the back as he runs away is considered "impolite"?

Off body carry is a no-no.

I wonder how women with purse guns get around it. My wife does lock her purse in her desk at work.

Yes, but it makes for a fun weekend.

Ive got one as a "tactical diaper bag" and would occasionally throw a spare mag in there before I got a holder.
Im not a big fan of off body carry, so no, ive never carried in there.

This is the one you want.... in black.

5.11 Rush Delivery Bag

Doesn't look tactical, and it very functional for business applications. I searched for MONTHS for the right bag,
and I think this thing is perfect. Do NOT buy a coyote/tan bag as nobody in the biz world carries a coyote/tan
laptop case. This thing will hold a laptop, a planner and all sorts of other shit, but isn't massive. It also does a good
job of holding my M&P9 + TL1s + 2 spare mags. In my work attire, I'm not going to wear extra baggy clothes and
make alot of compromises in my appearance to IWB a pistol I trust my life to.

This puppy works great and is very useful. It has my pistol in it 24/7 unless I'm going on a plane or into somewhere
I can't normally CCW anyway. I've had it with me on ALOT of jobsites and customer's offices.... OPSEC and all that.

What people don't know won't hurt them.
