I'm looking for a decent OWB holster for a G19 for carrying around the house and maybe a little CCW.

Considerations:

Relatively inexpensive......say around 60 bucks or so
Concealability
Prefer a thumb break

The only OWB I currently own is a Bianchi that isn't nearly stiff enough for my liking.
Any ideas?

Thanks. I like the look of their Signal 13 and have one on order.

Safariland 6378 might not be a bad option, but it's not the most concealable design out there. What it does offer, however, is their ALS retention system that is (imho) far superior to any thumbreak design. It's super easy to use, lightning fast, and upgradable to level III with a simple $13 bolt-on upgrade. They run about $40, and come with a paddle and a belt loop adapter.

For kydex I really like NTAC.

Great rigs and quick turn around.

I own several for on-dutty carry and I love them
