New holster for XDm9c OWB, which one???
So I've been reading a lot of bad things about the Serpa holster, which I've happily owned for a few years since I had my first XD9 service. Reading about the possible flaws in design, how some instructors don't allow them in their classes, how some IDPA matches will DQ you for using one, and seeing the "I just f***ing shot myself" video on youtube has made me want to go to a different holster.
I've heard some good things about the Safariland ALS but can't figure out which one. Anyone have any input or experience? Links? I'd prefer a paddle of 1.5" belt type w/ forward or adjustable cant.
Or should I simply have a custom kydex holster made?
