Holster for M&P with TLR-1?

I'm looking for an OWB holster for my S&W M&P 45 that has a TLR-1 mounted on it. I've been having trouble finding one to accommodate this setup. Anyone have any ideas?

Safariland also makes a few holsters that will fit the M&P with a TLR-1. I think the 6304 and similar models all have versions that will fit an M&P with a TLR-1. Added benefit is you won't have to wait six months for a holster.
