This sucks. I really, really wish they would pull their head out and produce a single stack M&P. Oh well, two more days to be disappointed. Thanks for posting these.

Yup... Sig and the Croatians came out with theirs... but S&W is apparently ignoring that part of the market.

Even though my M&Ps are in .40, I'd buy one like that... my interest in the Nano is pretty much gone since Beretta isn't taking the initiative and reaching out to aftermarket companies.

Has anyone seen new 1911 E Series pistols by chance? S&W was supposed to release 6 additional models mid 2011, but were so busy with the current 6, they didn't.

Same with Glock. They have a single stack 45ACP, but no 9/40.

Glock's 36 is retarded. Who the fuck thought of the idea of making the grip shorter and having that extension on the magazine. You can't buy flush magazines so why didn't they just make the mag that long and extend the grip. Springfield's offering this year looks promising

Why? The grip is already small and manageable? How much smaller does it need to be. And with less capacity?

I guess I don't understand so if someone could help me.

I understand the Springfield XDS 45 slimline and the Glock 36. But a single stack 9mm?

Same here. I don't need or want a single stack M&P.

I have zero problems concealing a M&P fullsize. Proper gear goes a long way to properly carrying a handgun.

Trust me when I say my 3913 is much easier to carry in an IWB than my 40c - thickness matters.

Bah...I carried a USP 40C IWB. Trust me when I say that the M&P is much thinner and I never had a problem with carrying either, again, when using proper gear.

For me it's the fact that I'm built like walking stick and I have a hard time not printing when I carry (even with the proper equipment). It's not cold enough here in the deep south during winter to warrant heavy coats so for me the slimmer the better. I carry a Kahr at present, but I have come to enjoy the M&P, and in many ways find it superior to the Kahr or similar makes to the Kahr. Trigger options, etc....you just can not find on other comparable guns. So a slimmer M&P would fit my bill nicely.

I have seen guys built like you carry a Beretta 92FS and you would never have known it.

I can pocket carry a Kahr fine. I cannot pocket an M&Pc practically. That's why I want to see a single stack M&P. I don't care for Kahr's trigger reset or the feel of their PM series or their build quality in general.

Now before someone says 'man up and carry a real pistol', I do. I carry an M&P9 fullsize daily.. I'm looking for a pocket gun as a BUG..
