 Got my M&P9c

Well after a year of deciding what I really wanted for a ccw gun I ended up getting it, I ordered the model without the mag safety and after years of shooting 1911's I kinda wanted a safety as well so I added that on. My only problem is that when I ordered it the guy said I could get the glow style sights for the same price so I got them. On about the 10th round fired through the gun the insert in the front sight popped out and was lost in the grass. Hopefully S&W customer service will make it right. Other than that I love the gun, small enough to conceal yet ergonomic. Fits quite well in my crossbreed

Your tritium front sight popped out?

Probably fiber optic. The tube fell out of the front sight on my Pro too.
Luckily it was at home and not on the range. Heated up the end and mushroomed it a bit and problem solved.

The proper term is the front fell off...

OP, assuming these are factory sights and not something the dealer installed, S&W will make it right.
They are well known for good customer service.

No they are factory sights, I tried to call cs but they are closed till the 2nd. It's not too big of deal just irritating right after I bought it, I'm sure they will fix it

I knew just about everyone has their white dot fall off but the fiber optic falls off too?

Way to go S&W.
