On Saturday, I was able to stop by an outdoor County range on my way to my folks house for Christmas. I had bought the pistol a couple of weeks ago but not been able to shoot it. Here are my 1st impressions:

-It chugged on through a 100 round box of WWB 115gr with no issues whatsover.
- I love the ergonomics of the gun with the small backstrap installed. It pointed very well and felt great in the hand while shooting.
- I need to work on my trigger skills and sight alignment with this gun. I seemed to shoot slightly low sometimes. I don't know if I was jerking the trigger or not aligning the sites properly. When I took my time I was right on target at 15 yards though.
- In one instance when doing a mag change, the slide rode forward but it didn't chamber a round.

All in all, I really like this pistol. It feels much better in the hand than my glock 19. I'm on the fence about doing a trigger upgrade and plan on shooting the pistol a bunch more before I make that decision.

I think I'll go shoot it on my way home today!

Hello there! I just got one and love it. When I shot low, I would make myself slow down and really think about the trigger. I have a habit of jerking it.

I'll try that. I"m also going to dry fire a bunch and see if that helps.
