Beretta 92FS Bruniton on trigger?
I was cleaning my Beretta after a range day and noticed that on the back of the trigger and on the side, the finish has flaked off the trigger. There is grey metal showing through. Is that just bare metal or is it some kind of parkerizing that was covered with the Bruniton stuff?
I did not drop it or lay it on anything.
I have seen pics of the interior of slides that have the same kind of flaking on them - is it just the same thing with the trigger?
Details on the pistol: not too old, new in the past couple years, total of under 1000 rounds through it.
The parts are parkerized then coated with the black finish.
