Has anyone bought any aftermarket wood grips for their Cougar?

I was perusing Midway and they have a good selection of wood grips for the Beretta/Stoeger Cougar. Some of the grips looked really nice. Does anyone have any personal experience with them?

Yes; I have installed Rosewood grips on both my 8040 and 8045. In my judgement they are more comfortable and certainly more attractive than the standard plastic grips. I saved the packages they came in, and when I get off the road and get home in a day or two I will email the details to you (if you're interested)

I purchased the Beretta Factory wood grips separately, for my 8040D.

I didn't notice so much of a difference in the grip, but they did look much nicer. I still have them, but I actually took them off because I like the plastic grips better for shooting.

Wish I could find some nice 8045 factory grips. I broke my right side

No worries about cracked grips with aluminum!

(Pricey though)
