Hey all
Im looking at a NIB Sig 226 with rail for $850.00 out the door. Does this seem like a fair price? Really want this pistol but dont want to be kicking myself later when I find out I could have had it for less money.
Thanks

Does it have night sights?
Just the standard model but with a rail?
Seems a little high but Sig's MSRP always seemed high to me.

Try to find a CPO - I paided about $400 less than the price you mention on a P226 CPO. That was a few years ago but the CPO program is hard to beat.

There are dealers on Sig forum who routinely sell P226R german guns for $700-720 range shipped.

Shop around, that price you were quoted is way high.

Google shopping is an excellent tool for comparing prices across many web stores for any item you're looking for

I did mine this way.
P-226 .22 LR Classic:$533

Added discounted .357sig Conversion Kit.

Got 2 top ends, 1 for cheap practice, 1 for centerfire defensive needs...after paying just a little more than the base .357sig pistol alone.

What I do is google whatever gun I'm looking to buy to get an idea what they are going for. Or you can go to Bud's Guns and check pricing.
