Does anyone know if a Glock 22 (gen 3) with a Streamlight TLR1-s will work in a Blackhawk level 2 serpa holster ??

I do not have first hand evidence but the TLR1 is so dimensionally close that it fits in many holsters for use with an Insight M3 or WX150. If you can find a holster that fits one of those, it should fit.
I've never seen or heard of a Serpa holster that will fit with a Streamlight TLR-1 or Surefire X200/X300 but I could be wrong though.
I know they have them for their Xiphos weaponlight. I think your best bet is Safariland.
It won't work. The only lights compatible with the Serpa holsters are the Xiphos lights that Blackhawk makes.

Blackhawk has offset lights so they are not compatible.
