Remora 3 in 1 holster
Thinking about picking one up for my Ruger LCR. My only concern is the patch that covers the Velcro when using it as IWB will be rough or poke my skin. Also concerned about the retention strap irritating when used as ankle holster. Anyone tried the 3:1? Other thoughts?
Just ordered one for my LCR. I should have it in a few days. I'll let you know how it works out.

I have been using my Remora 3-in-1 for my j frame for about two weeks now.
If you are using it for IWB carry on your strong side, the patch that covers the Velcro faces out. The only part that touches your shin, is a small patch of the soft loop side of the Velcro. Even when I haven't worn an undershirt, and had the holster directly against my skin, I haven't even noticed the Velcro is there.
The retention strap becomes a non issue when wearing it on your ankle. The strap that holds it to your ankle goes behind the holster and covers the strap up.
All in all, the Remora 3-in-1 is one of the most comfortable holsters I have found for my j frame.
