Got my Draco last week and put 100 rounds through it and loved it. Not a single hiccup, and pretty accurate out of the box. Only thing I didn't like was the welded muzzle nut. Had a couple spare slant breaks laying around so I took some hand files to the weld. If you're looking to do the same and nervous or not sure how much material to remove; I took some pictures. Used a cheap set of hand files. Started with a triangular file to set the edge, straightened it with a square file, and took off most of the material with a flat file. Once I got almost through, I could feel it getting loose and vice grips lightly got it free. Took maybe 20 minutes. Hope these help.

I got mine off, no problem.

Best thing to remember is not to worry about the hurting the nut, just worry about not hitting the threads.
