Oops.
Looks like it has to go back for some sledgehammering by the CAI trunk-monkeys.

On mine, the sights are straight, but the receiver has a slight twist to it. Hasn't affected function, so I haven't cared.

...I got it used of a member here on the EE
I thought this would be a happy thread.
I am disappoint.
How can you list that in the EE without disclosing that? Shame on them.
On the positive side, you can beat it with a hammer - or do it right with oversize pins.

I am very happy to get it finally after waiting a couple of weeks!
I just felt my heart sink as soon as I took it out of the box and look down the sights...
As soon as I get money for a stamp and a stock, they will be added

Until then, I'm hoping to find a correct pistol grip for it and a new barrel nut (To replace the one on it that looks like it was chewed up pretty bad from some vise grips), and maybe a some nicer wood for the handguard.
Can the "crutch" type Romanian folders able to put found easily?
Details on where to find, and how to mount a VZ58 folding stock?
The Fat Pistol Grip from Ironwood Designs is a great grip. It looks like the Chinese AK PG, and it's nearly twice as thick as the AKM PG. Feels great in the hand, while looking right on an AK.
Shoot first. It might zero fine. On mine, everything on the barrel is canted so its hard to notice. I didn't send it to century cause who knows what i would get back. J have read stories of people sendin theirs back and getting some back with something else wrong.
