How in the word do you adjust the regulator on an RPD. Just bought a vector and tore it apart. The setting is on 3 which is a no-go according to the manual. I loosened the nut but cannot push the assembly out the other side to rotate to the number 2 position. Frozen or am I missing something,

I figured it out. Took a socket about the same diameter as the fitting and punched it out.
