I just picked up an older Norinco AK underfolder that is a Nile NY import. It is a stamped receiver with the bayonet lug. I believe it is a 56s-1 How can I tell?
What do I need to take pictures of to make sure?

I'm not sure what your question is or what you're trying to identify. Are you wanting to know if it's a Sile, NY, import or if it's a 56-1?
In addition to other things, the Chinese used the nomenclature "Type 56" for their full-buttstock Kalashnikov rifles. They used "Type 56-1" for their underfolding buttstock variants. Yours may or may not be marked with that nomenclature.
