I hope that is a NFA registered AK (PRE 86). If not, that thing will bring you bad mojo with that 3rd pin. Hide the dog.
That may or may not be what it looks like. An increasing "fad" for some is to add a faux pin head on the extra "Y" stamp (for rifles that have receivers with them) to give the look of something like that. It's a practice even I've done a very long time ago with some of my rifles for the look, but realized quite a while back it was really not worth the extra attention.
It could also be a photo of a rifle from the sandbox or a European de-act.
At any rate, your best bet is to locate a Romanian kit and go from there.
