Good question. I have the 1.6mm now and don't see any special markings on it.

Their 1mm receiver had a stepped top rail. Basically a stepped rolled seam. Global/Armory USA was the first to correctly do this for a 1mm receiver. A 1.6mm did not have this nor did it need it.

Thanks, would you happen to know the difference in serial numbers when its marked mod ausa ser Axxxx or ser Bxxxx, I have the one starting with an A.

Went past 10,000 receivers and rolled to a new prefix is my best guest.

All of 1.6mm receivers serial# start with AA. 1mm start with A. charlie

Mine starts with A but doesn't have the stepped top rail as depicted. I guess mine is 1.6mm?

Mine is a ( FEG) RECEIVER ON MY GLOBAL TRADES/ARMORY SSR-56
