So last friday I stumbled across with milled receiver AK and I couldn't tell where it was manufactured in. It had same markings as this one:

However I have never heard of milled receiver AKs made in Hungary. Could it be a build made on original AK47? It was converted from select-fire to semi-auto only.
Not really sure I follow but Hungary did make milled (Type III) rifles. Not sure if you're actually in Finland and ran across it but if so, there's no telling what kind of modifications were made to a rifle with overseas regulations being different.
