I always thought that was coo, too. But the days of "frogmen" fighting underwater a'la James Bond movies circa 1960's is probably over. Still, a neat tool for those that do spearfishing, I'd think.

That thing has to be loud as FUCK underwater.
I remember my friend's older brother shooting bottle rockets into their pool when we were sitting on the bottom (he snuck up on us). We heard this really, REALLY loud "THUMP" that seemed to come from every direction at the same time, and then we all started looking at each other wildly and blitzing for the surface. Then there was another one and I saw the blast cavity in the water. My ears were ringing for a while afterwards and that was just a firecracker. I don't want to think about how loud a rifle would be.
I wonder how those frogmen's hearing is after a mag or two.
