Have anyone of you have this rail?

I cant really see the picture they give on the website very good even when magnified. Anyone want to share some pic's of this rail on their rifle? Also, what was involve in installation?
Decent system for the price.
Simple installation too.Attaches (clamps) over the barrel and gas tube for a sung fit(don't over torque)
The one downside is its a tight fit between the cocking knob and the rail.
An easy fix is to swap out the Galil bolt carrier for an AK one.The AK has a horizontal cocking knob -vs- the vertical Galil one.

Wow, that looks really nice. Thanks for the pictures since that topic just came up with Jeff and myself, now I know I will be going with that rail. BTW where did you order your rail?...........thanks.
Seems to fit quite snuggly. Can you get the receiver cover off without taking the top rail off first? Thx.
It came from here http://www.botachtactical.com/utggaqura.html
And I have been able to take my top cover off and on w/ rail installed.
How much weight does it add?
Ive got one more question if you dont mind. Is the rail made of aluminum, or composite, it wasnt said in the website? Sorry, I know thats a stupid question, but that rail you have, and I have ordered, is cheap compared to other rails for the Galil.........
It's aluminum. I cut mine down to save my fingers from being sawed off. I then put the original grip back on, it looks better.

Sorry, but you lost me on the "cutting my fingers off". What did you mean? Sorry Im such a block head.............
If you look closely at the relation of the cocking knob to the rail, you will notice how close together they are. When I had mine installed, I grabbed the knob to rack the bolt quickly and rubbed the top rail so hard it nearly drew blood from my knuckles. It's fine if you take your time.
I wonder if this will fit a Valmet M62..
Hum.
I kinda thought it was that. Did you consider, funds allowing, to just go with an AK bolt?
What did you use to cut off that piece? This is on my counter to start to work on tomorrow. I will take photos and post.
Will try to file down or sand off very sharp edge first.
thanks!

I bought one of these and have been happy with it overall.
Downsides are slicing open you hand when you pull back on cocking knob and not being able to use left hand to pull back cocking knob.
1st thing I will do is try to sand or file down the very sharp edge to see if it will stop the slicing problem. If not...
2nd thing I will do is to cut off long rail.
If i were to buy again I would get the shorter one that I think Command Something sells (is 5am and I cant remember who) although I am happy with the utg rail.
I only bought to try to fix the stock handguard. see photos I took on this link. http://www.ar15.com/forums/topic.html?b=4&f=92&t=120584
Also, will try to fix stock handguard again
Hope this is a coherent post at 530am and doesnt add to confusion.
I have dremeled and sanded off the sharp finger cutting edge on the UTG rail.
Have tested and does not open fingers. Rail is still too close to charging handle but at least doesnt slice up fingers. If I had better equipment (like a grinder) I could remove more metal and give fingers more room.
Eventually, will hacksaw off rail at 14 and polish up.

I am able to get my cover off but it takes extra effort and precise finesse (dont know how else to describe).
Ive now got my rifle and could not bare to cut the rail, so I just bought an Ak47 carrier and changed the piston with the one on my Galil.
