maybe my google fu is weak, but i cannot find the ferrule for a lower hadguard. does anyone stock those or will i have to find some plastic take offs? thanks
Tough to come by, a lot of people looking for them. They can be pricey little things because of their scarcity.
They are in stock
here from time to time, e-mail to find out if he expects to get any more. Only semi-regular source for them that I know of. Owner is a good guy, I've done business with him in the past.
Once in a great while I'll see them for sale in gun forums or on GB, but that is a rare occurrence.

Holy cow! Hell, I have some for sale if someones going to pay me $35.00 for them. Dam!
Yup, he is mighty proud of them. Funny thing is, he sells out of them every time he has them.
I have a few extra ferrules as well, but they are not for sale.

Liquid you are the man! I have been looking for one of these for almost 2 years. The one that came on my century M70AB2 looked like it was hit by a round at some point after it was drug behind a tank for several miles. (Thankfully the only piece of the rifle that was in any shape less than excellent condition.) Even at $35 I'll take it so my baby looks right.
BTW any idea why there are so many in such bad shape? I have a theory about the small opening in the front of the reviver letting out fouling from corrosive ammo, but IDK if the original receiver has the same opening. Just trying to save myself another $35 if possible.
will the Chinese ferrules work? i have found those. thanks

Not sure about the Chinese one, but I know the E. German one won't work. Someone else here bought the E. German ferrule and it didn't fit.
