Receiver is cut for a double hook. Mine came with a single hook. Yours?

Update 1/23: I've replaced my single with a double. I like it much better. I can feel the difference.

I got my first Yugo in early 2006 (century build), and it was a double-hook. I bought another Century build in early 2008 and it was single-hook. So, I guess its just luck of the draw.

Bought mine about 4 years ago, (M70B1) it came with a single hook Century finger killer group, but I replaced it recently with a Texas AK trigger that was a double hook, and it dropped right in.

These Texas groups, what advantage do they have over a G2 kit?

Is one better than the other?

If you want it historically accurate, use a single hook. The double hook is found on milled M64 and some M70 milled Yugos.

I have AK's with both groups, the Texas group is a little smoother and has a little more takeup. It feels like the original Bulgarian triggers that came in milled receiver guns like the SLR95 etc. If you were to compare the two I feel certain you would agree it is better.

m70ab2 cut for double has a single in it.

Not to highjack this but same subject.
I double shot alot with my Yugo. ( G2 group) Seems like i remember reading a thread saying this was a common malfunction.
I would say it was me, the way i shoot. But i dont double with my romanian.
Would that Texas trigger group solve my issue. Well heck im not positive there is an issue.

The NoDak/Dan Coonan Ind recvr on my M70AB2 is cut out for a double-hook, but has a Tapco G2 single-hook installed.
