When my stock is locked in the extended position, it wiggles up and down enough to be really annoying. It is the whole underfolder assembly that wiggles in the receiver. Is there any way to fix this?
sounds like the lock holes may be wore in the trunion. prolly not much that can be done easily other than trying to tighten the main nut up a bit to make the stock tighter and the up and down play will be less noticable.
It is pretty new and has done it since I bought it. Saw another one today at a gun store and it did the same thing.

yeah, the rifle is new but the parts they used were not new they are surplus. my AB2 had a bit of play in it which is suprising since yugo's have a double latch. not sure if any other origin may have a larger lock lug this might work to tighten it up. the single latch may have larger lugs but not really sure.
Mine does wiggle slightly as well but not enough to cause any problems. Theory: maybe part of the design to offer flex as the rest of the gun flexes during firing possibly to prevent cracking? See video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G6BpI3xD6h0
Yes UFs (underfolders) have wiggle and to most it is annoying (takes some getting use to). You can tighten up the tolerances on the holes by adding some (welding) to the holes. The trade off is the stock does not lock as easily as it does with the little bit of play. Yugos are better than most in that they lock on both sides of the receiver (others only lock on one side). Unfortunately there are some out there that don't have correct/matching parts and some of the one sided locking types are on the Yugos (some actually use Yugo UFs on theirs for the same reason). I hope this helps at least a little.
