Here is a virgin all matching MINT Russian SKS 1951:
Shoot or Not to Shoot it?
Well if I can't shoot it . . . . why would I want it?
YMMV
I'd shoot it, that's what I did with mine.
shoot it, while its a gorgeous looking SKS its still a SKS and they do make inexpensive NON-corrosive 7.62x39 ammo
now if it is mint Winchester Model 70 pre-64 thats a different story entirely
If it was my rifle I would shoot it, if you decide not to shoot it and you wanna sell it then I will take it off your hands....

Its not too much of a virgin. That laminated stock is a replacement. Does it have any re-furb marks on the receiver cover? That rifle may have a diamond shape stamp on the top of the cover.
Shoot it!!
It's a refurb in a laminate stock (that appears to have been refinished/scrubbed). Shoot it.
