SKS stripper clip markings(country of origin)
I was going through a bunch of stripper clips and I saw that they all had markings about 15 with "31" another 15 that were chinese and 2 that were stamped "3Tk" one is in a diamond and the other in a circle. I thought that I had seen these markings on some other ak/sks gear and I did a google search and can't figure out the country of origin. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

The clips marked "31" are Chinese. The clips (and the cartridges originally loaded on them) were made in plant 31.
