I have been considering buying the Advanced Technology Strikeforce 6-Position Collapsible Side Folding Stock for my Norinco SKS.

Now this is something I do not want to just take for granted..... I did look around but for clarification, would I have to swap out for U.S. made parts before I can use this stock? If so how many?

What does it look like, now? I put mine in a fiberglass jungle stock. At first I wanted to go back to original wood, but at the time couldn't find a matching set of stock and gas tube cover. My rifle came in a choate poly stock and I just did not like it. I got the jungle stock and never looked back.

If you install that stock you must comply with 18 USC 922(r) and the regulations.

Well how many US made parts will I need to comply with the stock?

My SKS is pretty much stock with the exception of the bayonet lug grounded down, since I never plan to use a bayo. It is a shooter not a collector.

A standard SKS has 14 countable parts. You propose to add a PG which means your rifle would have 15 countable parts.
The stock is one US made part, the PG is another. Assuming it comes with the upper handguard that makes 3 US made parts.
You would need 2 more.
