Comprehensive list of builders

I think we need to put together a list of Krinkov builders for all the newbs like myself. I've been looking around quite a bit and I've seen a ton of different people out there who can do them, problem is we don't have an all encompassing list that we can all access for reference right away so we don't have 50 different threads asking about the same topic.
So far here's who I know about: OH, and please include a LINK to said builder if they have a website!

Don't forget Mike Friend at Firing Line
I literally JUST sent him my '86 Tula Krink kit to build, today. He said turnaround is only running about 3 weeks. Full review to follow...
Mike was featured on an episode of History's "Top Shot" last year, he was the machine gun expert for the Thompson SMG elimination challenge.

Firing Line also puts on a yearly "OFASTS" (Oklahoma Full Auto Shoot and Trade Show). Never had the pleasure to attend, but I did have the pleasure to watch a G4 segment hosted by the LOVELY Sara Underwood on the shoot....
