Anyone know............
Anyone know the legality of having firearm accessories mailed into the U.S. from Egypt? My wife is from Cairo, and all of her family are still there. I am toying with the idea of trying to get them to send some MAADI stuff. But only if it's TOTALLY legal.
canvas stuff would probably be OK..........gun parts, bayonet, mags, might be a issue.
That's what I was thinking too. We are thinking of going back next fall, but I would be scared to death to bring any of that stuff on a plane!
I'd say as long as the contents are worth <$100 per shipment, you should be OK.

I'd think so. After all, lots of people are importing stuff from Germany, Russia and whatnot. There is no longer a ban on importing new mags. A bayo is just a knife.
IIRC, anything over $100 and you have to file a form 4.
I see lots of "little packages" in you future....................................

Sorry, there is no list. If I get serious, IF, and can talk anybody in to looking for stuff in Egypt, I promise I will let everyone know. If we go back next year, I will def. try to find stuff myself.
Legal on this end, just make sure that its legal there. In many countries, any military equipment is illegal to even possess.
