I think Classic arms has the cheapest for the models going out right now but I would check centerfire as well.
Also check out JGSales.
Classic Arms has the best prices I could find, but they only have Siaga rifles in 7.62x39 right now, for $299 (smokin' price). I wanted 5.45x39. I did a lot of shopping the past couple days and ended up ordering one earlier today from Arms of America. Best price I could find ($352 shipped to my FFL). Looking forward to doing a complete AK74 conversion with this gun.

just checked jgsales and it looks like they have the 7.62, 223, and 5.45 back in stock for 299.
