I just bought a Arsenal 31-94,the mag release pin has some side to side movement.
It moves very little when you push on the pin, it is not loose, but it does move from side to side when I put force on it.
Should I be concerned?
How should I fix it?

no concern. To fix, buy 2 ball bearings, put in vice, and squeeze the pin w/ ball bearings. Congrats on the new rifle!
