Current Saiga barrels, cut for HG retainer?

I seem to keep changing my mind as to what I want. I'm contemplating a Saiga right now, and especially since I'm going to a gun show this weekend, I might actually buy something! 
There's only one slight question that may stop me.
Are the current batch of Saigas, with the magwell dimples in the receivers, cut on the barrel for the lower handguard retainer?

I haven't ever seen any Saigas cut for the original type retainer, although it has been a while since I have done any thing with any Saigas besides the S12, so could be.
Even if not, there are easier ways than making the cut, here is one of them:

My 5.45 had the side cuts for the retainer, just had to use a file for the top cut

Noticed you're from PRC (People's Republik of Connecticut) too. Where were you able to get a Saiga 5.45? I can't find a dealer that carries them in the state.
