Sounds like the red scare was right! The "ex"soviets are shipping over tons of free drugs to America indoctrinating our youth for an absolute fondness of these sinisterly delicious cheese snacks so that they won't cower in fear when the Ruskies initiate red dawn II. 
Really though, what the hell are those rounds.. maybe they are some sort of incendiary round that burns orange instead of white?

That launcher is designed to fire the same VOG grenades as the GP20 or 30 underbarrel launchers do. Those are muzzle loaders unlike the M-203's. The flashbang he used is the same way.
