Advice- good smith to fix ejector on Rom. SAR-2

Looking for recommendations for a good smith to fix ejector on my Romanian SAR-2 (cal. 5.45X39).

After about 4K rounds, its double feeding, FTE etc.

Ejector is peened out of shape.

I dont weld nor heat treat, much less shape ejectors.

Any recommendations?

Does the 'smith have to be in Georgia or can he be in another state?

Welding will be hard (even with TIG)
You could drill out the weld on the receiver. Then install new ejector rail on the left side with screws/nuts.
