CAI 223 bakalite mag. does it work in the norinco 84?
Wondering if the mags. modified by cai will work?
Maybe.
They will fit in the magwell, but may need some work to the feedlips. One that came with my BWK-92 wouldn't feed rounds properly. Since EG bakelites are no longer a $5 mag, I converted it back to 5.45 and used it in another rifle.
it will work unmodified for 20 rds
So that explains it. I knew I fired 10 or 15rds rounds of 223 through an ak74 mag. once. I have been looking to see if I had one that was modified and I didn't know it.
