I have an amd-65 built by TGI, I am looking to add new handguards and I found these on amazon.

Does anyone have any experience with these handguards? Will they fit on the amd-65? Thanks.
Not without modifications. The Hogue AK Handguards lower handguard only will work just fine.
What would you recommend if I wanted to put some sort of rail system on the gas tube?

On the gas tube? Just replace it with an Ultimak Scout Mount if you want to keep the standard lower handguard. If you want a quad rail then either the Ultimak Scout Mount + Ultimak Tri-Rail Handguard (tops but $$$) OR Midwest Industries quadrail handguard. The Hogue lower handguard will fit the AMD-65 without modification.
You could attach picatinny rail strips to the lower hand guard. That is what I am about to do.

+1.........Sully
Thats what I did with mine. One ERGO steel rail for $20 bucks and I was GTG.
OlSarge2K did a great review of the Hogue handguard and believes that it will have enough clearance for the Ultimak. My KVar handguard had enough clearance and did not need fitting and the Hogue looks to have the same amount of clearance.
