AMD handguard?

Has anyone tried to put an AMD handguard on a different AK(Chinese, Romanian,etc.)?? It looks like the retainer is a bit different on the Hungarian. Thanks

it fits on my wasr but if i remember right the hung retainer has an inner ring to keep the HG from moving upward. that's what it did on the wasr. the cleaning rod held it a little but it was still loose. i'm not even going to ask why you are wondering this.

The AMD lower handguard is a cheap and easy way to rail up an AK.

I've been wondering this too, I want to make this pistol more "AMD-like".

Put amd grip and handguard in mine with no problemo!
