Looking for current pricing on an Arsenal SLR-100H
I just picked up an Arsenal SLR-100H from a friend of mine, and I am wondering if anyone could help me with the current going rate for these. The specifics of this rifle are:
Arsenal SLR-100H by Intrac, Knox, TN
The builder is Blue Ridge, Fort Mill, SC
It's LNIB, with a 5 and 30 round mag, 2 cleaning kits, surplus sling, and oil can.
All of the threads about the SLR-100H that I have found are at least a few years old, just curious if there is any current information out there. Thanks!
Probably about $1000 would be my guess.
I bought one by Blue Ridge Last year without a scratch or spec of carbon on it ( probably unfired ) for $650 and people said I stole it
Dealer had it labeled as Blue Ridge AK and didn't realize it was an Arsenal. I even talked him down $50 from $700.
All the value is in the receiver. Alot of the SLR100H I have seen are a little rough. Definitely not unissued parts. I would think $700 to $800 in this market, max. You WILL sell at $650.

Mine appears to be unfired, NIB condition.made with an appears to be unfired Hungarian kit.
The INTRAC rifles were built by Blue Ridge and Gordon Tech, Ohio Ordnance and MSC The rifles were produced with surplus Hungarian Type III kits and
new Arsenal/Bulgaria milled receivers. The rifles were built to be post ban compliant
Gordon Tech got the first shot at selecting the parts kits.
In 2000 I bought my Gordon Tech for NIB for $600,,,,
(Godron Tech also developed the G2 trigger which was later sold to Tapco)
The Blue Ridge rifle - in the box would sell for $750-800 in the DFW - TX area

Did not know that. Thanks. Thought mine was ban compliant for the state. The slant brake is attached by the threads and then has a tensio pin in it. Doesn't look professional nor would it have passed the ATF criteria for a perma attached muzzle device.
They were shipped with regular donut style muzzle protectors ...
Good rifle though... can't beat a milled receiver for under $1k usually especially with a factory Bulgarian receiver..
You now own one of the finest AK's you can possibly buy. My Blue Ridge SLR-100 is one of the smoothest, slickest most accurate AK's I've ever fired. Except for the used wood on mine, the thing is easy as nice as a Poly Legend. Mine looks to have been made on a brand new matching Hungarian kit. Only the wood is used Beech. I heard that Blue Ridge had a hard time finding milled wood of any kind to complete these rifles and that some wood was new, and some was used right out of the box. Mine also has the plum bolt, bolt carrier and op rod. REALLY stole mine, at a rummage sale of all places for $400 with a near full can of Chinese 7.62 x 39. I honestly didn't know what it was, but it said "Arsenal" on it, so I KNEW it was good. Total luck.
