Stuck K-var skeleton stock

I can't seem to get the new skeleton stock from K-var that I just got to close. I've tried pushing on the button, but it won't budge. Any ideas?
*ETA: It came with the wrong instructions with it, so I didn't have any instructions or really know how to operate it.
*ETA: Nevermind, I fixed it. K-var had put the pins in backward.
