I own an arsenal 107F. I'm looking to remove the standard handguards and replace them with a rail so I can mount a light, vertical forgrip, maybe an optic in the future when my budget permits.

Can anyone suggest a specific type of rail. Also how hard is it to install one? Looking for something easy to set up but rock solid.

Thanks!!!

Installing a handguard/rail is rather easy. Read up on a dissaembly of the handguards and you will see what I mean.

The problem with your selection is that UTG is like a bad word around here. Many here view UTG and something that will go on some Airsoft toy gun. It may work but I think many would tell you to buy a more robust rail from a well established company.

If you are not looking to spend a large sum of money, check out the offering from Midwest Industries. They are sold just about everywhere for around $100. Check the EE as well.
If money is no object get the Ultimak lower and upper rail system.
