I have a Century GP1975 which is made from a Romy parts kit with a US made barrel. The FSB is canted to the right, and of course it shoots too far to the left.
So I decided to attempt to fix it. I went to the Romy AK site, and followed the instructions on correcting FSB cant. Okay, I was able to knock out the two FSB retaining pins with a punch and hammer, no problems so far. But now I cant seem to be able to move the FSB. First I soaked the area with Kroil, then attempted to move it to the left with a deadblow hammer and large brass drift. No luck, it didn't budge! So I got out my trusty Wagner heat gun and procceded to heat the FSB, but it still won't move
Am I doing something wrong? Did I leave anything out?
Any suggestions before I go completely crazy on this thing?
I've never had to resort to a press, but others have.

Thanks!
That's my next step
Before getting to rough, make sure the barrel and front sight is in a well braced "no bounce-no move" setup on hard wood blocks.
Whenever you're trying to remove a pin or get a tight part to shift, if when you strike it, it bounces or moves, the force is dissipated and nothing happens.
If necessary, get a buddy to help hold things down while you bump the support.
Always strike as low on the base as you can to prevent actually bending the support.
Heat gun won't produce nuff heat to free up FSB. I'd use a press or if you don't mind refinishing the FSB you can use a MAP torch and GENTLY heat the FSB where it contact the barrel (the FSB and not the barrel).
I took a propane torch and hit the FSB (careful not to hit the barrel). I was able to knock the FSB from side to side pretty easily after that.
