Loose Rivet

I was looking at the CAI AK I bought recently and noticed that one of the rivets is loose -- guess I was too busy looking for a canted gas system and front sight to notice it. Anyway -- am I right to assume that one loose trunion rivet is no big deal since there are five more hlding the trunion/receiver together? Looks to me like the only way to fix it would be to pop the barrel pin and press out the barrel, and that would be a major PITA...

Is it still under manufacture warrenty ?????

Should be -- I've had the rifle for a month and I've found no mention of the particular model prior to around May '08. That said -- the owners manual doesn't even state what the warranty is...
