I just snagged a WASR 10 on a great deal. It has a tapco sidefolding stock...which I have mixed feelings about. The stock does not have a mounting point for the sling/attachment.
If I keep that stock on it, I will use it as my truck SHTF/Get Home Bag rifle since it is compact when folded. Besides, WASR's ain't that purdy with their finish. I will treat her rough until I get around to a refinishing job on her this summer/fall.
Any tips on some improvised sling set ups for the Tapco folding stock and or a link to a cheap/good single point attachment for the AK? Anyone else running this kind of set up and want to share what they did?
