Are the roll-pins that secures the tubes to the flange still doing their job in the flange?
Ugh. Not an unheard of problem with ACE. Okay, the issue is (most likely) that the tubes were not fully seated in the block, when the pin-holes was drilled- hence your stock is not butting the flush tubing ends against the flush bottom of the mounting block, but is resting on the roll pin.
The easiest solution would be some plain brass (preferrably) or copper or Aluminum tubing that fits very snugly in the recesses in the block, and using emery cloth to polish down the stock tubing for a press-fit in the new bushing. I would epoxy or soft-solder short pieces of aluminum round stock inside the tubes, since you will need to re-drill the pin-hole through the stock tubes. If you want to DIY..
You can call ACE, and see if they'll ship you out a replacement, but, periodically, that can be a "maybe" deal, as far as getting a replacement in less than months.
I like ACE, and generally they're pretty good, IME (3 stocks), but that's hasn't been true of everyone.
Edit: sorry to be so late- forgot to put this thread under favorites.
